This has got to be a first. A thread, written by me, which I have absolutely zero interest in. Metallica kinda define Not My Bag Music - good music, certainly - just not my thing. I love rock music and all just.. not that kind of rock music. I think its James Hetfields vocals more than anything. Ah well.

Anyway, I know I'm totally in the minority in here when it comes to Metallica, and so, ever giving, selfless host that I am, thought I'd show you this list compiled by AOL Radio of the 10 best Metallica songs.

Not too shabby. Naturally, I've got my own ideas, but I think they chose extremely wisely. I'd slip in "Phantom Lord" and "Escape" for my list instead of "Enter Sandman" and "Battery". I definitely rubbed my eyes when I saw you created this thread. I'd a-figured it was Ben.

I agree with most of the choices and thought they nailed the top 2.
