Lady Gaga has exploded out of nowhere this year, becoming a pop phenomenon in about six months. Headline news, number one album, 2 number one singles - the girl is big business in the UK.
And hey - good. I'm not a big fan of her music (although "Paparazzi" is ace) but its about time we had some feisty female pop stars again. I've had it with dull, "I'm just soooo thankful" smiley dullards - the best popstars are all nutjobs.
Anyway, she was always an odd looking girl. Sometimes gorgeous, but close-ups were never her friend - and then there was THIS close-up, which seemed to reveal she was packing more than, well, most. And then the big reveal this week from Ms Gaga herself..
Its not something that I'm ashamed of, just isn't something that i go around telling everyone. Yes. I have both male and female genitalia, but i consider myself a female. Its just a little bit of a penis and really doesnt interfere much with my life. the reason I haven't talked about it is that its not a big deal to me. like come on. its not like we all go around talking about our vags. I think this is a great opportunity to make other multiple gendered people feel more comfortable with their bodies. I'm sexy, I'm hot. i have both a poon and a peener. big fucking deal.
So there you have it. Surely the first ever mainstream pop hermaphrodite? It'll be interesting to see how the mainstream media treats her after this. Will the tabloid press continue to print sexy snaps of her?
