ORIGINAL COMMENT FROM AMAZON.COM
Whether people liked Michael Jackson or not, The Curmudgeon has pointed out the obvious here in his review - those producing "This Is It" are probably naming it that because they may feel like this may be the last time they can convince fans to repetitively purchase all the same songs on an album just to get one new one. Pointing out the past marketing and comparing it to this latest product is a legitimate review in my book, and required much more thought than many of the others posted here. It was all about product, recognizing that the items we buy are product and the "stars" themselves and their talents are the marketing tools by which their handlers sell these products.
