Learn to relax and enjoy this CD with the calmness many of us need. I appreciate Susan's passion and her God given voice. What a special treat this CD is for me. I have no idea why some people rated it so low. This is the real Susan.

I don't care why people think she is where she is...In my opinion she's there because she's meant to be there. And speaking only for myself, she has touched my life with her story and her voice. It's amazing to me that people like you don't see the whole picture, but just the part that offends you and then you turn it into a friggin' challenge to destroy something so wonderful. If you can't see the beauty of her story then you need to take a hard look at yourself, and your ideals of people in general.

It is exactly those attributes that people are drawn too - so glaringly opposite of the trash that is passed off as acceptable today. Passed off is too soft - how about shoved down our throats? And then comes this woman who we unattractive, semi-talented people can relate to...

You're right about that and Susan doesn't have to put a hell of a lot of effort into it either. She doesnt have to go on tour, she doesnt have to make a video, she doesnt have to give long interviews or appear on talk shows. She can bacically sit in her townhome, watch TV all day and sell hundreds of records. Pretty amazing you can say that again.

I have read many of the reviews by the person calling themselves "Curmudgeon." They are mostly one star negative reviews. But beyond that, they are cruel, spiteful, and psychotic rants by a person who obviously needs to seek counselling. And obviously must have a major problem with hemorrhoids. So dude, get some counselling already. And buy some Preparation H.

Calling someone cruel spiteful and psychotic because they aren't Susan crazy is a bit much don't you think? Everyone thought Tiger Woods was squeaky clean well neither is Susan Boyle. In all honesty, people who use Susan to preach how loving they are and say their life wasnt complete until God sent them Susan Boyle are the ones who need counseling because they don't want to admit they are wacko for a celebrity.

J.A., you aren't painting such a decent picture of yourself either. If you don't want to be called thick for not liking Susan, then don't refer to people who do like Susan as thick. All you have to sat is that you don't like her music and that she is only popular for being on a reality show. Why does everyone have to be so cruel to others for liking something that they don't?
I got depressed when Transformers made so much money, but I don't go shouting "thick-o!" at people who went to see it. I sigh at the high-ratings for the X Factor, but don't go bullying the fans. My Gran likes the show.
Anyway, I'm assuming you know Susan personally in order to see 100% that she isn't squeaky clean?

I'm a very opinionated person on everything not just Susan Boyle because I enjoy my freedom of expression. No one is greater than the higher power including Susan Boyle. I'm not into idle worshiping but don't fret, one day soon someone else will come along and I'll drop Susan Boyle like a hot potato. I won't call you thick if you don't call me thick because everytime you call me thick I can come up with a thousand reasons why you're thick.

Ha ha! I wanted to leave some kind of review...but now I don't have to. You said it all!! there is nothing else to add BRAVO!! One piece of good news is that most people who get this will get it on CD, (probably noy savy enough to illegaly download it) which is good news for the record business, even though most of these CD's will end up collecting dust in used CD stores before spring.

Susans fans won't download her tracks for free because they want to make her filthy rich. How retarded is that? People buy lottery tickets because THEY want to be rich. The rest either don't know how to or are too afraid to. The SuBo police are reporting anyone who downloads her tracks for free but they are too stupid to realize it's only illegal if you sell. Stores that sell used CDs won't buy them if there are too many and there are a hell of a lot of them around. Anyone looking for one at a yard sale is sure to find one next spring. There will probably be more traffic fatalities on top of drunk drivers and cell phone users particularly those who listen to her CD while long distance driving.
