It's no secret that I wasn't best impressed with Hellboy. I dunno, I think if it had came around before the likes of X-Men and Spider-Man it would have been a classic. As it was, it was all fairly "meh" for me. And talk about an uninspired ending.

Anyway, that doesn't mean I still don't want to see the sequel, which, fingers crossed, will be far better. Here's the first look..

I liked the original well enough, but I think the animated films that have come since are better. Del Toro is a genius, though, so I would never count on any film of his sucking. Ron Perlman is killer, too. I think I need to go watch the first one again before this one hits; maybe I'll buy the director's cut.
