Welcome to the UK, where birdwatching, stamp collecting and other quaint hobbies have been replaced by something that everyone seems to enjoy a lot more; getting offended by stuff. Cos boy fucking howdy, do we Brits just love getting all worked up over absolutely nothing. Case in point? This latest piece of hand-wringing "I find it offensive" idiocy. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-24278768So yeah, dressing up like HANNIBAL LECTOR (that's what the metal mask is for) is now "living in the dark ages" because it has negative connotations to mental illness. So now you can't buy this costume in Britain. I bought it a few years ago (from a Horror Movie section of a fancy dress website). It's probably worth a fortune. So did this latest fuss over nothing make it's way across the pond?

Wow. Coming soon to America, I reckon. We are about one step away from this. We might get there by the end of the month though, so don't count us out yet.
