I've got to say that what excites me the most about this is that it is pretty close in concept to the one I imagined when I heard they were rebooting Godzilla originally. I pictured a post-apocalyptic wasteland where humans were knocked down on the food chain and lived in constant fear of kaiju. This one seems to be adding a space opera element rather than the huddled masses of humanity in a post-apocalyptic wasteland I wanted, but it'll do. Coming out this year too. Yassssss.....

I'm wary of this not getting shown on UK Netflix, which is significantly shittier than the US version (we used to be able to get both, but they cracked down on it and it's pretty much impossible to do now).

But it's certainly a welcome new take on G, and an interesting one at that. I'll hopefully be allowed on board.
