G4's "Attack of the Show" is the premiere geek tv show over here and they ain't exactly shy. Here's their bit about the hottest comic book heroines. g4tv.com/attackoftheshow/womenoftheweb/67759/Hot-Comic-Super-Heroines-Pics.htmlWonder Woman at #9 is about stupid. And Batwoman isn't as hot as any of the Batgirls. Or even Spoiler. She does kiss chicks though. Hot. Power Girl? Now they are out of their fucking minds. Supergirl is way hotter. No Canary or Huntress is just embarrassing. It may be lacking in credibility, but I thought this was an interesting thing to have seen on actual television. Thought I'd share for guys who are into women who only speak in text.

I had no idea who "Power Girl" was so I had to look her up on Wikipedia. The opening sentence summed up exactly why I hate DC Comics.
Power Girl is the Earth-Two counterpart of Supergirl and the first cousin of the Pre-Crisis Earth-Two Superman.
The 1985 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths eliminated Earth-Two, causing her origin to change; she became a granddaughter of the Atlantean sorcerer Arion. However, story events culminating in the 2005-2006 crossover Infinite Crisis restored her status as a refugee from the Krypton of the destroyed Pre-Crisis Earth-Two universe.
Riiiiiight. What?
And yeah, that list was pretty lacking. Black Cat? Mary Jane? Jean Grey? Sue Storm? HELLLOOO?

I didn't know any of that shit. I've just seen Power Girl pop in here and there and have never been impressed. Wow, a generic-looking superheroine with generic powers and a generic name. She's basically just an excuse to draw boobs. Why not just have Supergirl if you want a chick with Superman powers? God, DC has so many useless shitty characters.

Shitty characters I can handle, its the fucking about with timelines, origins, characters and established storylines I have a problem with. What's the point in investing any time or interest in a character when DC will just pull a "alternative timeline" piece of bullshit and wipe the slate clean?
Check out Superboy's wiki page;
When DC Comics rewrote much of its continuity in 1986, Superman’s history was changed so that he never took a costumed identity until adulthood, erasing Superboy from the canonical history of Superman, although many aspects of the backstory created in Superboy comics, such as Clark's friendship with Lana Lang, remained. In the last few years, some additional features of Superboy's history, such as his tenure in the Legion, have also been reintroduced into the story of Superman's youth.
In 1993, DC introduced a new, modernized Superboy, a teenage clone of both Superman and Lex Luthor, also known by his Kryptonian name Kon-El and his secret identity as Clark's cousin, Conner Kent. The new Superboy was featured in his own series, Superboy (volume 3), from 1994 until 2002, and in several series devoted to teenage superhero groups.
Due to DC Comics’ complex Multiverse, several other Superboys have appeared over time, with the most notable being the mentally unstable Superboy-Prime.
Thanks for that, DC. Fuck you.
