My wife just ran in and told me this right before I came to this thread. Dark, dark fucking day. As long as they go hands-off, I can deal, but if it starts affecting the content I will be seriously bent. After all, Disney will soon own us all, like it or not.

Must be family news; my dad told me over the phone. I dunno, as soon as I heard about it I imagined sanitised, neutered versions of our beloved characters. In short, I thought of this But it may not necessarily be a bad thing. If it a joint partnership along the lines of "we can promote and produce shows and merchandise" (which I think it will be) then that can only be a good thing, right?

Has Marvel EVER needed help with getting their stuff out there? Disney already owns more the people think they do and thankfully they usually let the companies they own do their thing. Maybe now they'll release all of the 90's Marvel shows that Disney has held onto forever.
