Now, rest assured that these are merely the most prominent examples of Disney being hilariously offensive to minorities as they have successfully whitewashed (so to speak) a lot of their old history, but some films are just too profitable to shelf. Isn't it funny how we never noticed this shit when we were kids? Ah, to be young and innocent again. Then there's "Song of the South", which is a beloved classic mix of live action and animation that I believe won an Oscar for its black star. Because Disney was being so progressive letting a black person be in a movie and all. Too bad the movie was about a Southern utopia where all of the black people still knew their place and stayed out on the plantation BECAUSE THEY LOVED THEIR MASTERS. Ain't that precious? Disney is still mulling over releasing the thing, but haven't grown the balls to do it yet. Here, have a clip of a submissive black man being put in his place by his benevolent mistress.
Not really racist compared to some of the stuff that's out there, but it's certainly out of time in this day and age and remains offensive in nature. Anyone else got any good stuff?
