Things to love about the following band, Terrorvision; 1. The lead singer broke both his ankles jumping off a wall pretending to be Spider-Man. 2. They debuted a new song, "2" at a gig I saw them play. It was one single guitar chord and the singer screaming "TWOOOOOOOOOOOO". For 2 seconds. 3. They mixed infectious rock and rap before metal had even considered becoming "nu." 4. They took a pride in releasing quality singles. Most singles came in two parts, both with new material, and came with cool "collector" packaging; tins, fold out digi-packs, postcard packs.. So here's the song that got me into them in the first place, "Alice, What's the Matter?" www.youtube.com/watch?v=VOOcJobuZTc&feature=relatedLike?

You forgot the name in your list. An old hardcore/metal crossover band S.O.D. used to do that two-second song thing as a goof on the brevity of hardcore punk songs. They also played "ballads" where they'd play the intro to a song written by a singer who has passed on and then cut it short with "You're DEAD!"
That song was pretty damn sweet. I'm trying to pin down who that singer reminds me of. Not just Cobain; there's someone else he sounds like too.
