Sadly, that's not an actual website (although it should be), but a name I've given to this excellent sketch. Try and spot all the famous vampires, and who would YOUR favourite be? www.youtube.com/watch?v=PdD0jbsIg8k&feature=channelI think we've covered this before, but I'd always go for the traditional vampire over the modern emo/leather jacket types. Cape, fangs, castle, accent - that is a fucking vampire, kids.

Good stuff. My favorite is Edward of course. He's dreamy!

Yeah, I figured he would be. I just watched that vid again, and is the really old guy supposed to be Nosferatu?? Man, they couldn't have even given him those cool fang things?
I've still to actually see Twilight. I bought it about a month ago and haven't watched it yet, and Mrs C refuses to watch it with me, yet she digs Vampire Diaries, which is surely the same thing. I think I've had my fill over tortured soul handsome vamps for now.

STOP FEEDING THAT FUCKING MONSTER! You bought it and supported it even without watching it? People who joke about Twilight and act like they don't like it, but still rush to the theater or the DVD store to spend their money on it are adding to the bottom line as much as the squealing idiots that can't live without it. The more money they make, the more carbon copies and sequels they will produce and the bigger it will get. What would you say if I ran out to buy every X-Factor winners' albums just for kicks and didn't even listen to it? If we want this shit to go away we have to ignore it and stop buying into the hype. And if you don't want it to go away, I suspect the pod people have made their move.

Ha ha, yeah, fair point. BUT - in my defense - it was in a bargain bin at my local supermarket. £3 (about, what, five dollars?) isn't going to swell their coffers much. I just want to see it, man. If for nothing else it could make a decent Amazon review.
Now my flight's been cancelled, I now have a full week off with nothing to do until (hopefully) Sunday. So there you have it - I WILL watch Twilight this week, and I'll let you know if I'll continue to "feed the machine." Hey man, I might even love it. Imagine THAT.

My wife loved it. She wants me to buy the books for her. I will not. This is the woman who demanded I pre-order the last Potter book because the media made such a big deal about it and then had her mother read it and tel her what happened because she couldn't be bothered. These are the people who are into Twilight. Sexy, sexy people who are into Twilight. Wow, I'm shocked that it was already in the bargain bin. Perhaps it's not as popular there as it is here because an American company would rape the consumers until the fad passed and the overstock needed to go. Then again, if every tween girl ran out and bought a copy in the first week who would buy the massive restock order?

Oh, Twilight is a huge deal over here too, I guess I got, ah, "lucky" with my purchase. Still haven't watched it yet; I'm watching the whole three seasons of Arrested Development instead. Oh, and playing Resident Evil 4 on the Wii which I fucking ADORE.
We actually lined up like suckers at midnight to get the last Harry Potter book, and Mrs C stayed up till about 5 in the morning reading it two or three nights in a row until it was done and then gave it to me. Meh - the ending sucked. So is Mrs T an Edward fan or a fan of, uh, what's the werewolf's name?

Jacob. I absolutely hate that I know that. As far as which one my wife prefers: don't know, don't care.
