artsyspot.com/the-worst-parenting-fails-ever/Who takes the cake? baby biting python, kids in traffic, kids with guns, kids with stripper moms, moms encouraging kid strippers, kids with porn and tramp stamps; there is just too much failure to choose. I'm kind of loving the guy on the motorcycle running over kids' hands.

You know, as someone who doesn't have a kid, but now has three nephews, I kinda (sort of) understand JUST how difficult it is to bring children up well. So they don't fall into the wrong crowd, so they don't end up watching the wrong stuff at the wrong age, so they stay safe and healthy and educated.. all of that. So threads like these are now even more depressing. And every time I read or see stuff like this, I hear the exact same quote in my head. www.youtube.com/watch?v=31pQOiclaToAmen, Ted. Thing is, I've seen examples of this, and not just once. Yeah, the snake and baby on the road ones are jaw droppers, but the "acceptable" ones with the fat kids in prams eating junk food? Fuck yeah I've seen that. And the kid asleep at the bar while his parents drink on above him? You better believe I've seen that too. Just fucking unreal.

I used to work at a casino. Now, most casinos don't allow kids in as a general rule, but this one allowed them to be on the premises so long as they are not on the gaming floor. So what we had was kids left in cars, kids crying in corners not knowing where their mommies and daddies are, and kids wandering about the front of the casino forming Lord of the Flies societies. Worst of all was Christmas, where the entire front of the hose was JAM-PACKED with wall-to wall kids whose parents took them to a casino to spend the day sitting around while their parents dispose of that pesky present, rent, and food money. Absolutely disgusting.
