So there has been alot of recent chat about Stephen King's IT being remade.

I thought I would list who I think would fit the bill nicely for the cast of the film and hoped you fellow fortress dudes would provide your own "dream casts".
I am going to only use the adults as I will be here all night otherwise but feel free to chuck some kids at me. (not Literally)
Bill Denbrough:
For this I felt Jon boy walton was just not good looking enough to be Bill. He was described in the book as being good looking. He did have woman fighting over him after all and married a babe.
Benjamin "Ben" Hanscom:
Again Ben was supposed to have shed weight and became an architect so I guess he would be built due to his work outs. Sooooo
Beverly "Bev" Marsh (later Rogan)
So we need girl next door but also slightly slutty so here we have Mad Men's Christina Hendricks.
Richard "Richie" Tozier
Nobody else. Stick some black woody Allen glasses on him and he fits this part like a sock. Forget the adult Richie in the original he doesn't suit it at all. He was after all gawky, ginger and wore specs. Also Mr C just pointed out Seth played the child Ritchie in original. Its like poetry or fate or some shit.
Edward "Eddie" Kaspbrak
See for this I was thinking Steve Bushemi but he probably looks too much older than the rest of the cast to pass for the same age range. However Michael Emmerson is perfect and although he is actually older than Steve I feel he can look younger on screen and is too perfect. So there
Michael "Mike" Hanlon
Library type but can kick some ass if need be. Why its agent Broyles from Fringe of course. (Or Lance Reddick)
Stanley "Stan" Uris
He is Jewish and because of his short time in the film (no spoilers just in case) a small cameo would do sooooo
Pennywise The Dancing Clown.
I really find it hard to think of anyone other than Tim Curry but if I reeeeeeeally had to then I guess
Could pull it off. I mean it's really WHAT you look like as make-up can sort that. It is the voice and if we really can't have Tim Curry then Mr Dourif has one of the best horror voices in the business.
