How's this for a premise?
A suicidal guy, fresh from perfecting his suicide note (third draft) gets a visit from his super hot neighbour, who asks him to look after her dog. He does and they become (sort of) friends. That's the show.
Oh, and the dog looks like this;
So yeah - everyone sees a dog except for Ryan (Elijah Wood, the best role he's ever had. I'm pretty sure he's never really been in anything else worth mentioning), who sees a sarcastic, pot-smoking, stuffed bear humping pain in the ass. Who can't be racist because he can't see colour, of course.

It's on at midnight on some little watched channel over here, but hopefully it'll get more attention in the States. Check it out.
