So what DO you do if you're in a band, and you're bored of the constant booze, drugs and girls? What else is there to do when you're on the road, meeting other bands, staying in hotels and living on the road?
Well, if you're ace Irish rock outfit Ash, you film a horror movie. Obviously.
"Slashed" is now the stuff of legend. Initially thought of as a joke, more and more footage has become available. Even though its clear the band are just dicking about, they've roped in cameo's from Coldplay, Moby, Neil Hannon of the Divine Comedy, the bassist from Weezer, the singer from Dashboard Confessional, Ben Kweller - and fucking DAVE GROHL. This eight second clip hints at the Oscar worthy quality of the film.

Anyway, Ash have decided to try and put their shitty footage to some good use, and have put the first half of the film in alongside their music video for their synth-pop single Binary. Be prepared to be scared...
