What's not to like indeed. Say hello to Tarantino's latest. www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=rC8VJ9aeB_g#! Honestly, if we're judging from this trailer, this looks like QT's weakest work yet. I probably wouldn't be planning on seeing it in theaters or posting the trailer here if his name wasn't on it. But it is. I'm guessing that the same comedic soul who made the Dark Shadows trailer had a hand in this one. Still, there are some seriously quotable quotables rocking the house already that make me think Django and I will get along just fine.

For what its worth, (I haven't seen it), Dark Shadows is nothing at all like it's zany trailer would have you believe.
Yeah, looks pretty good but DiCaprio in scenery chewing villain mode looks like fun. The film its based on (Django) was released in the 60's but was SO violent it wasn't even allowed in the UK until the 90's. I'd rather see that movie than this one, if I'm being honest.
But yeah, Tarantino. Cowboys. Why the hell not?

I figured it would be a sequel to Takashi Miike's batshit insane samurai cowboy flick Sukiyaki Western Django, which featured QT in a role, but nope. I need to see the original, though. I'm just not a big western guy so I never got around to it, but I can't wait to see Tarantino transform the genre.
