Yup, that's me sold. Love the looooong censor bar on Dynamite's schlong as well.
Looks good, looks fun.. and looks like we'll never see it in the UK, either.
So is Adult Swim, like, it's own separate channel in the US?

Not yet, but the notion has been put forth that it should be. Adult Swim is Cartoon Network's late night block where they stick most of their non-kiddie anime along with all sorts of fucked-up experimental shows like Robot Chicken and Metalocalypse.
