Lots to choose from, if you think about it. Kneel before Zod, the Spidey/Doc Ock battle, pretty much any scene with Ledger's Joker, Juggernaut saying he really needs to pee.. (OK, perhaps not). But no. Also, Turner Classic Movies. Fucking madness that clip was. I haven't watched that film since I was really, really young. One of these days I'm going to have to indulge myself and revisit the insanity that was Flash Gordon: The Movie. And is it just me or was that guy a better Doctor Doom than the loser in the actual FF films?

It's actually a film that you enjoy more as an adult, I think. Once you appreciate its camp value it's just great fun. I don't think any comic book movie that has tried for tongue in cheek has nailed it as much as Flash Gordon. Getting Queen to soundtrack the film was a touch of genius, and they obviously went for OTT (is there a Queen song that ISN'T OTT, come to think of it?) Classic. I used to watch this on HBO back in the early 80's along with SUPERMAN, EMMET OTTER'S JUG-BAND CHRISTMAS, FRAGGLE ROCK and THE CREATURE WASN'T NICE...which I always remember for this bit:

Yeah...it's a comedic take on ALIEN and the scene actually ends with the doctor making excuses for the creature all the way until he is completely devoured.
