So Last week Trashy you said you were looking for some cool pop music for your playlist at work. So on the back of that I have selected an artist I am currently getting excited about.

Santigold. (Formally Santogold). She has been around a while and I have liked what I have heard but these 2 songs are magic. I love the newest one, Disparate Youth, the keyboard in the background is amazing.

Nice. The bassline and sparse little bursts of guitar are cool as hell. Pretty good stripped-down stuff. Too unique to be pop in the truest sense of the word (IMO), but it's definitely something that's not likely to be complained bout for being too weird or indie.
