What's the main redeeming thing about Metallica? The heavy riffs? Enter Sandman? Their whole piracy battle? Or the fact that James Hetfield says "Yeah" a lot? Ding. Right answer. And so, here's every "Yeah" from every Metallica song - ever. soundcloud.com/kcclipsYeah?

Three minutes and sixteen seconds of nothing but "yeah" is a lot of "yeah". I never thought of Hetfield as such a postive guy before, but there it is. I've actually considered doing something like this with Sammy Hagar's "woo!" before. Pretty sure Steven Tyler wold have a pretty epic "yeah" reel as well.

Imagine James Brown's "unhhh" catalogue. Thing would last about an hour.

I saw this yesterday. Though I'm not sure if most Metallica fans notice just how much Hetfield says yeah, it was no surprise to me the compilation topped 3 minutes. I actually expected more...
It'd be crazy to do this with Layne Staley since each of his "yeahs" are usually about 5-12 seconds long.

Oh god, that's hilarious. I never thought about Staley's "yeeeeaaaaaaeeeaaaaeeeeaaaaahhh"s before. Or of course, "Again" where the whole chorus is him saying "yeah" in between Cantrell's "doot doot"s. That one has one of the most epic "no"s ever too. Nooooooooooo-oooooeeeeeeoooooaaaaaaaaaaahhh!"
