In the UK there's an annual charity event that should have been cancelled years ago due to its blatant violation of the trades description act. "Comic Relief" implies there will be funny and amusing things on the television that we enjoy and then donate money to charity. The giving money part is true enough but Jesus, you're going to be looking hard to ever find anything funny on there. Usually I give the entire thing a pass, but this year I was invested thanks to the appearance of this man; Ricky Gervais. Or more to the point, THIS man.. David Brent, cringe-inducing boss from gold standard sitcom The Office, who hasn't been seen on screen since the final episode in over 8 years. Until now. Alongside a 15 minute "reintroduction", Brent again treats us to his musical talents, this time a right-on positive reggae track. Indulge yourself with.. Equality Street. www.youtube.com/watch?v=XmTV62mE1PADon't leave it too long next time, David.

That shot while homeboy is rapping and Gervais is in the background checking his watch is goddamn funny. "Black people aren't lazy, dwarves ain't babies..." Sage advice.
