Is this the most confusing horror trailer ever?

I discovered this trailer because it features a wrestler and turned up on a website I go on, because otherwise I don't imagine I'd ever have heard of it.

I've no idea if it's being released straight to DVD, or if it's even going to see the light of day over here.. and oh yeah, I have no idea what is going on in the trailer.

It looks like a standard slasher movie, one of those "young couple take THE WRONG TURN in TEXAS through some HILLS that may or may not HAVE EYES and.. well, judge for yourself.

So.. um.. what? What's going on? Who are the people half way through the trailer? What happened to the young couple? Why is the good guy now turned into a killing machine attacking a random family?

Anyone? Anywhere?

I'd also like some clarification because that was a mess. I'm going to make a bold prediction that no one will, uh, live to the end of the movie, though.

WWE Studios? That's a thing? Anyways, apparently they picked the wrong guy to mess with and bunch of peeps gon' die. Also, don't jump to conclusions, Ben. I just watched "John Dies at the End" and contrary to what they'd have you believe there is no death of John at the end. I kind of felt cheated.
