As demonstrated last week, it is possible to find salvation and forgiveness in The Curmudgeon's Fortress of Solitude and with the Pop Justice League. It must come as some form of small relief to a man who, in almost every under circumstance, would be swinging by his neck from a tree while wild dogs chewed on his genitals. Which man? THIS man. He being David Guetta, he being responsible for polluting and poisoning the charts with an unstoppable barrage of fucking terrible songs, featuring no end of horrendous pop shits; Niki Minaj, Flo Rida, Akon.. you name it, they've sucked on a record produced by him. Except one. And it's the song we're going to talk about today, and it THE only song that I believe shall save his life and soul today. It's "Titanium", and as loathe as I am to admit it, it really is rather splendid. Take a listen. So there you have it. Again, we're judging an artists fate on this ONE song, no other atrocity that has come before or after it. David Guetta will meet his deserved terrible fate one day, but not this day. That's my verdict, though. What's YOURS?

I can't help it, but ... yeah, I like this song too.
God damn it! I am liking more pop songs lately, I really loved the last one though I didn't want to say it too much in public (god no). I guess I'm getting softer in this regard.

I am bit of a sucker for EDM as we all well know. However I do not love Guetta and count him as pretty much the person who is responsible for over egging the cake. I do like this one though. No celebrity guest vocals on this track and a decent bassline. I just wish he would f**k off for a bit and do tracks like this more often.

Good tune this week! I say "Yey" not "Ney". Guetta not being someone I would consider a particularly amazing artist did a job with this one. Be free and continue to be overplayed to the masses!

That dude has a mighty girly voice. The song ain't bad. Not creative in the least, but it's certainly listenable. Is there a word for that thing every fucking dance song does with the beat where it goes "boom. boom. boom. boom. boom boom boom boom. boomboomboomboomboomboomboomboom." It's fucking tired.

Heh, the singer IS female. I should probably have mentioned that. Guetta does the music, the vocals are of Australian singer Sia Furler. Here she is in the single most unflattering picture I could find of her. Yikes. Anyway, I am 100% in agreement with you on the generic, repetitive nature of mainstream dance pop music. You could set your fucking watch to that shit and when the beat's going to kick in. This song is, admittedly, a bit like that, but I'm willing to give it a pass. But yeah, I am totally over that shit.

Wow, the first ever straight Not Guilty verdict with 5 votes to keep the man alive.
We've allowed this man to go free and create all kinds of horrible new music. What HAVE we unleashed onto the world?
