OK, it's time to move on from manufactured pop and dance and actually look at, gasp, a real actual BAND. They can be judged too.
One of the breakout stars of 2013 so far have been UK band Bastille, who released a shit load of EP's with little to no public attention before hitting the big time with this single, a number 2 hit in the UK, and their debut album would hit the number one spot after it.
So let's take a look and see what all the fuss is about, shall we?
The ball is in your court, Pop Justice League. How do you find Bastille?

I really like Bastille, they are a really good band I think. And it's really nice to have an actual band, with actual bits of wood and strings that we used to call 'guitars' back in the pop world. Not guilty even if I did think the song isn't very good (I think it's actually pretty darn good) they get kudos from me for just being something different.
In short: NOT GUILTY!

Nothing really wrong with that. It's a decent enough song.

They were given an extra date to consider their fate, but lets face it - they were never in any real danger. Release them!
