Picture a blockbuster about a superpowered vigilante that plays like a horror film from the crook's point of view; like a masked Punisher with the powers of Superman. He can kill whoever he wants for any reason and nobody can stop him. The comic Irredeemable dealt with a Superman character whose ability to hear every asshole in the world eventually caused him to snap, lose all faith in humanity, and decide they all need to die. But this film also has the themes of the Death Note anime which deals with a genius who is given the power to kill anyone he chooses and decides to change the world by putting the literal fear of God in criminals; causing them to drop dead in droves and calling into question the morality of one man having too much power. These two brilliant ideas are combined in the following short film that you should absolutely watch.
