We didn't want it. We didn't need it. We certainly didn't ask for it, but since when has that stopped movie studio's needlessly remaking movies? www.youtube.com/watch?v=INmtQXUXez8What's interesting is that they've stockpiled a bunch of great actors for what seem like pretty small roles. Sam Jackson? Gary Oldman? Michael Keaton? So that's a good start, and it's clear to see this is a completely new story rather than a remake of the original (Lewis is absent in this one, by the looks of things). So what do you think? Are you happy with what appears to be a far more human Robocop, and one that appears to be half man, half Cylon. Hmmmmm.

I like the political aspect of free will a lot, but I don't like that there are a bunch of other Robocops. I doubt they'd really want to go with black. I would assume that they'd want to put the general populace at ease with the killer cyborg in their midst and a SS color scheme is not going to do that. Then again, if there is a fascist aspect to the government in the film, that would be awesome.
