The joke is that it's unplayable? That either the full screen option doesn't work or that nothing happens?

It is playable, and that'd be the stupidest joke ever! Click the box that says "Play" above the "Play in Full Screen" option. I didn't notice this before, but the full screen option doesn't work. Just click "Play".
