The word "celebrity" is a bit of a contradiction in terms in 2014. To be a "celebrity" is surely to be "celebrated", yet reality shows like I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! (Don't know if you get that in the US) revels in making famous people suffer; being covered in bugs and eating kangaroo testicles etc. Various tabloid rags show pictures of famous people on the beach who dare have (gasp!) cellulite or any body fat of any kind on them. Then there's today's link of choice, Mean Tweets from the Jimmy Kimmel show. We don't get that show over here, sadly, so this is all new to the Curmudgeon. It's hopefully new to you, too. Take a look, and try not to feel too bad for them. www.youtube.com/watch?v=cpOEO2gUekEwww.youtube.com/watch?v=Hcmz74AaXHsIf you could write a Mean Tweet and know someone famous would read it, what would you write and who would be on the receiving end?

I love this. Julia Louise Dreyfus for the motherfucking win. The ONLY reason I would ever join Twitter, would be to do exactly that. A troll account to say outrageous things to famous assholes.

Julia Louise Dreyfus actually looks hotter now than she did on Seinfeld. Milf-tastic or what? Since you're a fan, here's a music special I couldn't find before but just re-appeared magically. I think they did 6 in total, and an American football one that I didn't understand one reference to. They're on Youtube, anyway, if you want to take a look. There's some Grade A zingers on there for sure. Anyway, the music special.. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zu5Oo23G67w

This is one of my favorite segments on television. The professional basketball one is the best. "What you doing in those Buick commercials, Shaq? You know you can't fit in that Buick." It kills me every time.
