The life of a pop star is usually fairly short-lived. As their fans grow up and out of kindergarten, what once made them scream in delight now often causes them to shrink away in embarrassment. Usually, though, these flash in the pan idiots just kinda fizzle out and the next time you hear from them they're appearing on reality TV.

Then there's Justin Bieber. and I've got to give the obnoxious little shit his dues, he's crashing and burning in spectacular fashion. This is actually the second thread of this nature I've written in the last year, and while his chart hits have dried up, he's still hitting headlines for all the wrong reasons.

So you'll probably have heard of his latest hit videos. Here they are anyway, for posterity and LOL-ability.

So what do we say here? That he was young and immature? I guess. But the fact he was discovered, had songs written for and performed with predominantly black artists, even at this age it's still staggeringly ignorant. And yet I guarantee there will be legions of illiterate, stupid teenage girls defending him.

There surely can't be any way back from this.. can there?

Fuuuuuuuuck. I didn't even crack a smile. I don't care if you tell racist jokes as long as they're at least funny, but that was just the stupidest shit ever. It's not even bad enough to make me laugh at how bad it is, it's just kind of pathetic. I don't think for a second that he's really racist. I just think he's at a really fucking stupid age where he's trying to impress people by what a badass he is and he just isn't. I think his career is about done and as soon as his corporate handlers decide to move on and stop paying for his publicity he'll become just another loser who people will be embarrassed to have ever liked.
