No-one can say The Curmudgeon doesn't have his finger directly on the pulse of popular culture. One of the most talked about, obsessed about TV shows in years? Yeah baby, I finally watched the first episode five years after it debuted. Boom.
Anyway, we blind bought this show on DVD a few months back but just decided to watch it this week. Not what I expected at all. I figured with it being some cult comedy it would be more like Curb Your Enthusiasm or something; instead it was kinda like Scrubs set in a college.
Not that it's a bad thing. It's a tad grating in places (the "experiment" episode was stupid) but the one-liners and throwaway lines mean I'll be re-watching this show a good few times, and is it me or is uptight, neurotic Annie WAY hotter than Britta?
Anyway, surprisingly "kooky" tone aside, I'm fully on board. Does the show get better/worse as it goes on?

Season four had a new show runner so it kind of sucked but the man was back for the final season and it felt awesome to have things back to feeling right before the axe fell. And yeah, Annie is about as sexy as sexy gets.
