So there's a cinema in the UK that are celebrating the new Avenger's movie with the ultimate movie marathon. I remember going to see all three Star Wars movies in one sitting, and THAT was a task, and I know that all three Lord of the Rings movies had the same treatment. This makes those "marathons" look like animated Gif's in comparison.
Synopsis
Be the first to see Avengers: Age of Ultron in 3D as part of the Avengers: Ultimate Marathon. See all nine Avengers films back to back including an early screening of Avengers: Age of Ultron 5 hours before the rest of the UK.
The films included in this movie marathon are, in order:
Iron Man Iron Man 2 Thor Captain America: The First Avenger Avengers Assemble Iron Man 3 Thor: The Dark World Captain America: The Winter Solider Avengers: Age of Ultron 3D
So, nine movies then. Nine. Fucking. Movies. From midnight right until God only knows when Ultron finishes. And let's be honest, if you really want the movies to tie together, you could spend half an hour watching the end bits with Samuel L Jackson.
But there you go. Nine Marvel movies in one sitting. You up for that shit?

I enjoyed every last one of them (although IM3 was pushing it) so I'd definitely be down for it in theory. In reality, I'd probably never be able to swing it, though. That's like 20 straight hours. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak....

That's just silly. I wouldn't be able to sit still OR stay awake long enough to make it to the first Avengers film, let alone the new one. And is the new Avengers flick even enjoyable after all of that? It's too much.
