Blah Superman, blah Suicide Squad.. whatEVER dudes, there's only one hero I'm looking out for this year, and I don't even need a ticket. Ash is coming to your TV. www.youtube.com/watch?v=LdRyAVsWVJ0What's nice is that a) they're keeping the humour and b) they're keeping the blood. And Bruce Campbell still looks all kinds of cool. Groovy, even.

Holy shit, that looks better than I could have hoped for. Really wish I had Starz right now.

Oh, is Starz another one of those fucking subscription channels?

Yup. And their quality programming is a lot more sparse than HBO's.

I remember reading an article a few years ago about how TV was going to end up like this; good TV shows scattered across all exclusive networks and subscription services, and that has totally happened. Amazon, Netflix and Sky are the only ones we really have here, but they all make money so I can see it becoming even more of a thing in the future.

I'm all right with the streaming services because they're all a great value. But I absolutely can't wait for the cable model to die. You pay through the nose for literally hundreds of channels you don't want just to get the few you do. And to get the really good stuff, you need to pay extra on top of that. Thank god for DVD.

You'd fucking love Sky TV if you lived over here, Trash. If there's any decent TV shows, they hoover them all up, and you get entire boxsets of TV shows as part of your package that you can download to your box whenever you like, and literally hundreds of movies to download in HD when you want as well. So good.
How sold are you on Amazon's streaming service? It's still fairly new and unheard of over here (not like Netflix which just became a must have for seemingly everyone). The only TV show I'd want to watch would be TransParent, but no way am I paying for yet another service for one show.

I don't have their subscription service, but I like that you can digitally rent or buy movies and shows and they store them for you to stream for all time, but I do wish they'd give you the option to download purchases so you won't be limited by a bad connection or lack of wifi.
