Great review, is there a way to subscribe to your page or whatever?
I'm in two minds about this movie. I was excited for a brand new Japanese Godzilla movie, and the early trailers and screenshots looked fantastic, but your review really brings in doubts. No spoilers or anything, but are you saying Godzilla..transforms?

Yes. Yes he does. Like a fucking Pokemon. It's not a bad movie at all, but it just had just some really bizarre choices for the first Godzilla film in so long. You kind of want to stick with the basics in this situation, I'd think. Give it a nice classic reintroduction before you get into the freaky shit. A lot of things I love about it, but a lot of unnecessary weirdness too.
My page can be followed through wordpress's blog system, but I don't really do much with it right now. Gamemoir up and died a couple months back (although it should be back up soon) and I mostly just use my blog as a place to store my articles in case...well, in case something happens like what happened to Gamemoir, so I can have my stuff available to read at least.
