So we all like stuff, we all don't like stuff. But what foul things are out there that you just cannot stand, you could NEVER enjoy? Like, I don't like watching football (soccer to our American friends) but Mrs C does, so I can sit and watch it even though I find it pretty tedious. But I could watch it. So, even though I don't like football, it's not like Kryptonite.
What is, though? Well..
I've never been a fan of reality television. In today's never-been-better world of television, why you would choose to watch this shit baffles me. But again, not all reality television. "Hell's Kitchen" is a constant source of hilarity and is genuine never miss TV, largely down to the Ramsay but also the format works and makes sense. My Kryptonite? Pointless reality shows. Big Brother. The sort of screeching, self-obsessed fame hungry vermin who appear on it. Pretty much anything with the word "celebrity" in it, and it's the daughter of someone who was sort of famous in the 80's. A model who was dating a footballer. That sort of thing. I fucking LOATHE that sort of thing.
Mumble rap. This is actually a genuine genre now, and it seems to be everywhere. It's hard to describe, it's auto-tuned to the nth degree and it sounds like the sort of thing you hear foreign taxi drivers listening to. It's hideous anti-music and I can't wait for the fad to die.
Building games. This is something I have never understood the enjoyment of. Sim City. Civilization. Age of Empires, and now Minecraft and even things like Mario Builder and Little Big Adventure, where you MAKE your own levels? Never going to happen. I just don't understand the appeal of anything like that.
