IKEA have an online help assistant called Anna you can ask questions. It's basically a search engine given a human type face..

It seems that the programmers have a sense of humour, and she'll recognise some phrases which aren't exactly linked to IKEA. Tick the box marked Turn Sound On to hear her speak as well (it's funnier).
