www.youtube.com/watch?v=qIqvhCa-0RAI'm currently working on a project with my friend that consists of us finding and organizing loads of GREMLINS related promotional materials such as tv ads, foreign trailers, music videos. I put together a mock-up teaser trailer for it, so I thought I'd share it with everyone. Once you view, please do take the poll included as well as leave any personal comments. Oh, and one more thing....ALL was done by me, including the voices (save the music of course). Also, watch the actions closely as you listen to the music...you might find yourself enjoying the timing I've put into everything. I hope!

That really was an awesome piece of work, Wolfman. That had everything you could want; it tied in well with the song, it looked VERY professional (minus the HORRIBLE attempt at a British accent at the end) and it was packed with some brilliant nostalgia - I'm pretty sure I had a couple of those things, I definitely (maybe actually still do) had the Stripe bendy figure. Really well done, Wolfy. By the way, speaking of Gremlins in ads, did you ever see this thread? www.thecurmudgeon.proboards88.com/index.cgi?board=movies&action=display&thread=531

The British accent at the end was a clip from the sequel, C, don't blame Wolfman. That video rocked! Hit you with a "neato", Wolfie, because I'm not a collector so promotional materials hold no interest for me. I've probably bored you with the significance of "Gremlins" to my personal history at some point on this site, but I'll tell you this: those dolls haunted my nightmares for some time.

Ohhhh, was that the talking, intelligent Gremlin from the second film? Ahhh, I see. It's been SO long since I've actually seen Gremlins 2 (must be over 10 years now, even though I bought it about a year ago) that I thought it was just Wolfman putting on a dodgy British accent. My bad.
