And it's this man.. Yes, noted thesp and director of many Shakespeare adaptations (and, um, Frankenstein) is apparantly (read: very likely) going to direct the Thor movie. I just.. I just can't see Thor working. If they're going with the original Marvel origin, it's going to be cripple Donald Blake whacking his walking stick off the ground to change into Thor. Which, in this day and age, is styoooopid. And that's without Thor's odds bodskins, gadzooks banter. How will that not get tedious after two minutes? Hmmmm.. maybe some things should just stick to comics.

Mayhap thee are mistaken. This shall be a Valhallan tale, not a Midgardian one, and therefore will have all of the capacity for awesome that any mythological tale has. Good call, I say.
