Oh, the UK's had this for about six or seven months now, Trashy. It arrived (almost by secret) and didn't even get advertised. I picked it up for about £5.

Is this actually a Special Edition, though? 'Cos the one I got ("Full Uncut Version - what scenes were cut? Sex scenes?) is a vanilla disc. Any word what extras you actually get on the US version?

The features sound like the usual filler fluff you get on these things, but I'd probably still pick it up if I saw it cheap. Hell, I bought a pirate copy of it a few years back and binned that after seeing it on sale legit, so maybe third time's a charm?
