Todd - What am I supposed to reply about? What's the question, exactly? And I thought "Attitude, Character, Behaviour" was ACB?
Cavatina - well, duh. Although, if you really DID check my other reviews you will have noticed that for every 50 negative reviews I give 5 positive. Detailed research before you made an opinion there, huh?

I wasn't to thrilled with the song selection. She said that they told her "she wasnt good" at song selection but, she is the artist and I think they should have let her have more input.`Amazing Grace and Silent Night just dont belong on a first album. Also, an album produced by the British just isnt going to have the same impact here in the US.

Why don't you get off of here and go review something you actually bought.
The only thing I see from your comments is jealousy. You have no heart, and this is why Susan Boyle's voice cannot reach it, because you have none.

I agree with everything you said because now she is whining she got teased when she was a kid in school to gain more sympathizers. If she had such a rotten childhood why would she keep going back home? I tried to watch her on Today but when she got to Cry Me a River I had to switch it off. She doesn't mesmerize me and she cant hold my attention for very long. If this is talent then there isn't a hell of a lot of it out there. Just a bunch of fans who vote for her because they want to make their mark in the world too.

It's actually quite refreshing to know that someone other than "the smoking hot opera singer Katherine Jenkins" could actually have the balls (no pun intended) to perform in front of a crowd like that. I was one of those kids who were constantly picked on because of my looks. Being a musician, I will say she may not be the best singer ever, but the Rolling Stones are not very good either. It's all opinionated. You my friend are seeping with jealousy and I will be sure to pray for you tonight.

ORIGINAL COMMENT FROM AMAZON.COM
D Mercier - interesting. And how much, exactly, do you know about Does it Offend You, Yeah? That they created one of the best albums of last year? That they're amazing live? That they create NEW and exciting music? That they don't have some puppet master pulling their strings, dressing them, telling them what songs to sing and how to sing them?
Of course you don't know that. You searched for a review of mine (I'm touched, I suppose) and pounced upon a band you'd never heard of. Because if they're not multi platinum unit shifters to you, they MUST be terrible, right? If they weren't born from a reality show with two thumbs up from Simon Cowell, they don't mean anything, right?
And yeah, it DOES say a lot about me. It says I enjoy discovering new, talented bands and artists who don't just sing ten covers and call it an "album." It says I actually have taste in, and appreciation of, music.
So what do YOUR reviews say about you, I wonder. What kind of deep, meaningful personality are you, eh? Let's find out. Hmmmm. You've only got five reviews - and you've been doing this since 2002! But that's OK, let's take a look at what we can find out about you through them. So you review.. pillow cases. And something to do with hair. And, oh well, this makes all the difference. Never mind my Does it Offend You, Yeah? review. Yeah, forget that critically acclaimed album from one of the UK's most vital new bands. Mercier is reviewing SHOE ORGANIZERS. Far OUT, man! But just when you think it can't GET any more exciting, she brings out the biiiiig guns. Ladies and gentlemen, we're talking HAIR DYE. And not just any dye - Just For Men. Even though she's quick to point out she's a woman. Bet you've got the fella's lined up outside. Ha ha ha. What's next in your riveting line up of reviews, I wonder? Poop scoops? Cereal bowls? Toilet brushes? Why you haven't killed yourself by now I'll never know.
I think you've done more to humiliate yourself here than even I could have hoped for, Mercier. Jolly good show. I'm going off to laugh at your reviews again.

Curmudeon" Basically I can only surmise that you are an idiot! I am an avid music listener and am quite offended by your comments...are you so above the rest of us that you can describe another person in such an unkind way? I hope Susan never gets to read what you wrote...it was vicious.

Siss..?
Hang on. I'm going to click out this screen and then come back, because I must be hallucinating. I thought for a second that someone, in 2009, called me sissyboy. That can't be right. It just can't.
OK, I'm back and... oh dear. Oh dear oh dear oh dear. Really, Mercier - I'm actually a bit embarrassed for you now. Crashing and burning with the attempt to mock a band you've never heard of is one thing (I notice you didn't attempt to go back to that), but this really isn't good enough. I can take any sort of abuse on here, and I can certainly take it from pathetic, no chance amateurs like yourself. Why not go get someone, a brother or something, a neighbour maybe (let's get past the fact you're obviously not married) to maybe help you out a bit here? You're kinda drowning in your own awfulness.
And as for you, Babs - yes, yes I am quite easily above the people that listen to this. If you so wish to include yourself in that.. well, that's hardly my fault, is it? And I think there's been far worse things on the net written about Boyle than my totally accurate review.

Comment on the singing but the personal attacks on how she looks are not necessary. I'm betting you're no oil painting yourself, moron.

Well, you are whining like a sissy, aren't you. Something about it being the best album of the year... only in your addled little head dear and, well, maybe 10 other people.
And there is no need to discuss your 'music' choices any further as the "samples" just say-it-all.

ORIGINAL COMMENT FROM AMAZON.COM
For the record, the Does it Offend You, Yeah? album was just one of my music choices. And I said it was ONE of the albums of the year. Do keep up. I've also given positive reviews to Matt Berry's album (which he personally e-mailed and thanked me for), Prince and David Bowie. You may have heard of those last two, I think some American Idol singers have performed songs by those two. But wait, what am I doing? What AM I doing?
The day I actually have a conversation about music - REAL music - with a Susan Boyle fan is the day I shoot myself in the head. Your opinion is worthless. Although you'd be the first I'd come to for advice on different gender hair dye.
